My boyfriend bought flowers from here several times but they were lasting only for a day! He was paying too much! The quality of flowers are not good at all. The flowers he was buying from tescos and sainsburys actually lasted longer!!Very poor quality products from this shop

Visited on Wednesday morning and received terrible service. I was the only customer in the shop with my son and the woman that was working there was very unhelpful. I stated my budget was around £30 and she suggested a pre made bunch that I didn’t like the look of. She went on to say for that budget that’s all you can get, maybe because I was in Islamic dress she had an issue with me who knows? Anyway I won’t be returning, after her rude comment on “that’s all you can get “ I said to my son let’s go.

Lovey lady that wanted to help by giving me free plastic bag for my orchid that was already in one bag. I said I don't want the free bag because by law it needs to be charged for. She said its all included in the price of the plants. Well, that approach doesn't really help to cut down the plastic waste if people are not explicitly asked to pay for the bags. Just look how filthy Newham is. And you guys, just like other business contribute to that.
