We bought a new build from Richard Reed nearly a year ago and I would highly recommend. A professional family run business who really care about the homes they build from start to finish. Everyone we came into contact with (and still do as homes are still being built) have been professional, approachable and incredibly tidy in their work. Would definitely come back to Reeds for any building work or new home in the future 10/10.

I thought these houses looked really nice but read these reviews, thank goodness! Will spend my money elsewhere, at a company that values honesty and integrity. Have since spoken to a few other people that have had terrible experiences with Richard Reed, and so my decision has been made easy to look elsewhere.

Been working with Richard reed builders for a while now, producing the photography and videography for them. i have to say i have not seen homes built like they do. Attention to detail quality and materials sets them apart and producing amazing family homes.

We contracted Richard Reed Builders, to lay a new patio at the rear of our new property. To say we are happy with the work, would be a complete understatement.We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, the attention to detail and overall finish is first class.We were very impressed with the punctuality, politeness and general tidiness demonstrated throughout the job. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Reed Builders to a friend, and we will definitely be contracting their services for future work required.

I bought one of their houses about 3 years ago. I couldn't speak highly enough of Richard Reed Builders. And as far as I'm aware, all my neighbours in Richard Reed houses are delighted as well . My house was a shell with windows, no floors and no ceilings when we agreed to buy it. I enjoyed adding all the personal touches on the way to completion, and watching quality craftsman and tradesmen at work. Delivered on time.

Had a house built by this company two years ago and cannot fault any aspect. From the design and discussions on my needs and requirements to the finish it was stress fee. All members of the building team had time for a word at my frequent site visits. The trades on the job all impressed me with end finish. I would certainly using this company again should I have another house built. Had only a minor snag after a few months and this was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent company.

Richard Reed builders were recommended to me by a couple of friends. Having had poor experiences in the past, I can honestly say they were brilliant. The quality of the work done is excellent, and came in at a price I was happy with. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic from start to finish. Had them lay a patio for my Dad. Excellent quality workmanship, always on time, friendly and his property was spotless upon completion. Had a few friends use their services too. All of them happy. In fact it was a friend who recommended them to me, they live in a house built by them, and they are over the moon with it. I see that someone has left a 1 star review who hasn't even used their services. Just going by hearsay? That's a bit unfair isn't it? Sounds like someone with a petty grudge put them up to it! Anyway, my Dad's patio is awesome. Thanks guys. I'd happily recommend you.
