I live on the road that the day care center is in and find it completely selfish of the staff that I cannot park my van due to staff cars and bikes parked in road when the carpark has only 3 vehicles in it. Please ask staff to think about the local residents and not just themselves when parking and keep an eye on what is going on, its only a little road and we are all fed up with it.

Absolutely disgusting service today my son having a manic episode due to bipolar and his mental health nurse Kelsey left him as she felt unsafe. Leaving a very vulnerable 24 year old putting his life and my family Life at risk and causing undue stress where we had to call the police for him to be detained and taken to hospital ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DUTY OF CARE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER AS SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOSE THEIR JOB. We HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR HELP SINCE SUNDAY AND WAS REFUSED I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT TOTAL INHUMAN BEHAVIOUR FROM A NURSE THAT SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF

The care from all of the staff for my Husband has been second to none. If it wasn't for this wonderful team of Doctors, Nurses and Receptionist he 100% not be with me now. I cannot thank them enough. EXCELLENT
