What lovely and dedicated staff Hotel Chocolat McArthur Glen have working for them! Laura & Ella served me & my 35 week pregnant girlfriend, tailoring suggestions based on her vegan preferences and going through the best value deals. Personal, simple and brilliant service. Will absolutely visit again because of them both.

I bought a refurbished velvetiser and I really love it and it is great quality and I recon it will last. The person on the till was lovely and she answered all of my questions. It was a fantastic shopping experience!

Lots of variety of gift chocolate. I bought some for a friend who was very pleased. And I enjoyed a small sample of the liquor to try first. Yummy. Thanks

Beautiful chocolate and ive bought many a box but yesterday was surprised when I go to the till to be told 'Because we are a retail outlet you have to buy two boxes, we cannot sell you one' who on earth buys two boxes of chocolate? Sad. I won't be going there again. No sign outside to suggest they have this rule so I needlessly had to go in the shop and que during a pandemic.
