Rude staff. Kicking people out of the shop 30mins before closing so the staff can chat around. Customers left without buying a thing. Just appalling really.Very convenient to change your opening hours after you received this review. Grow up.

Absolutely love the team here at Xpressions! Super professional - helpful and it is genuinely a pleasure to shop here! Hudda in particular is friendly and engaging - super supportive and I feel that the entire team work hard to deliver for their customers. I have struggled with hair thinning and hair loss for a few years. Huda is such a lovely lady and she helped me from purchasing my first wig to a solid 8+ years of professional advice.Would highly recommend popping for either a chat with her or just to have a look at the amazing products they have ☺️

i am rating this a 1 review, not only because the staff is extremely disrespectful but they are too busy chatting with friends instead of helping customers. They also seem to follow you around the store.

Staff lack basic customer service skills and are very rude. They will follow you around the shop as if you are trying to steal. While assisting you they will be on the phone speaking with other people and ignore you. Would not recommend this place it’s better to just go to Oxford road.
