DO NOT BUY SHOES from this store Coz they will give u second hand.I buy shoes for £140 and a was shopping around after 2 hours i went to my car and check the shoes i see has been wearI went back to store and they said i have wear themThey didn't exchange them for mePlease if u buy check them before u go out off the store

I was attacked by that I mean push around by 4 of the male staff after work hours I let them know that I had mental health problems and lurning disabilities what I was witch I've had permission from zara security guard and staff to look through there bins but jd in Leeds was not having it I don't know if was because I have mental health issues or because thay had a bad day at work I don't know but it's wasn't right and when I got back to my care home I told them about what happened and there not happy with what's happened to me

Staff are so rude, nobody welcomes you into the store or offers to help when looking like you need assistance.It doesn’t cost anything to smile.Better going to Foot Locker next door where the staff are more helpful.

Great choice for everyone staff really helpful plenty of staff so you're not waiting for too long is better if you have children with you .the sales were the best I've seen on my visit to Leeds. So definitely go

Bought nike air size 6 …initially i thought they are new so it would just be a temporary pain but everytime i wear them it gives me such a bad shoe bite!! What a waste of money! I can’t even return or exchange as now they are dirty cuz of the white colour

Good selection with good price. They have so many options for sports - whatever you need you can go and check. As a chain they have good quality of their products. A specious shop where you can spend some time exploring what you like. Fab, nice and friendly staff. They have many brands and models included with a good price or discount. It is somewhere I would always go when I am checking anything I need for sports!!

I have to say that my shopping experience was very, very poor and I felt that the shop assistants were a bit discriminatory against Asians. I found the shop assistant and said I wanted to try this shoe on and asked him to help me find the right size， the first shop assistant kept telling me to wait. I found another shop assistant to help me and the second shop assistant said he would bring my shoes over soon, so I waited for at least 15 minutes but still didn't get the shoes I wanted. During this time, the second shop assistant helped two local people who asked for help after me. This made me feel very angry and I left the shop. I will never enter this shop again and will tell my friends about my experience.
