In general Strats Estates are brilliant. The whole team are responsive, friendly, helpful and proactive. Any issues or queries I have with my property they always help out. I have no complaints at all. I see them as friends on top of being trusted professional business people. I wish them continued success, they deserve it!

Best housing agency I've ever used. Perfect for students, lived in their flats for 3 years now. The staff is extremely friendly. If your a student this is the place to go!

Olympia described the process thoroughly and helped us with everything. She made the process so much easier and less stressful than I was expecting it to be.

Starts as a letting agent is great. Their service was really good. They were quick to respond and process everything. They were communicative and helpful. The service provided by their maintenance team is good and they came to fix the issues within 3-4 days on an average. The only down side was that at the end of my tenancy they tried to charged me £170 for “cleaning” and tried to take the money out of my security deposit. Thankfully, I had left the flat in a very good condition and had video recorded everything before I left. This incident threw me aback as I’m an international student and paying £170 for “cleaning” was a stretch.Note for tenants: Always remember to video your flat before moving in and before returning your keys.

One of the worst letting agents in Hatfield. All they care about is Rent! Nothing else!I rented out a single room near De Havilland campus in a 7 bedroom house. Only 7 people are allowed to stay to stay in this property but there is a girl, who is permanently living with her husband in a single room (breach of contract, HMO licence, obviously her husband hasn't done any right to rent in UK) in our house for 2 months now. Her room is besides me. They are always loud at nights, creating issues and the washroom which was already shared among 3 people is now shared among 4 people and they don't keep it clean. I can't sleep most of the nights due to the noise and idk why they keep on banging the walls constantly in the mornings and nights.Reported to Strats main office multiple times and guess what? They don't care at all.One of the agents literally told me to get out of office and hire a solicitor.So, if anyone is reading this review, please stay away from them. I hope my landlord (MrDipak shah) would read this comment and do something about it (cause strats are absolutely useless and helpless in this situation) if he cares about his HMO licence.Still living in this hell hole cause I am bound by the contract.

RECORD THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. Strats and the landlord Raj Mamtora are thieves!When you leave the property clean at the end of the tenancy legally they cannot charge you! Strats tried to charge us a cleaning fee of £250. I took videos and picture of how the place looked on departure and they dropped the charges. They lied and said the house was left dirty when it wasn’t. They will exploit you especially if you are a student. Disgusting!

George was amazing and very helpful ensuring that my stay in their property was smooth, I have lived for one year and I renewed my contract with strats with ease
