Nice coffee. Wasn't a fan of costa coffee but the taste has improved in the last few months I would say. I find Neros and Starbucks to be too strong now. Maybe it's the weather, or my age. This place is nice. Comfortable, plenty of seating, warm and welcoming. Not the best of locations for a view but makes up in it's friendly atmosphere. I visit here often.

Needed another person serving, instead of 1 on the till and one serving, and the coffee I got wasn't really hot, it's usually quick service and hot coffee but for some reason today was neither

Over priced for what you get. Popped in while I was waiting for an appointment as I had time to kill. Cold seating area, for some reason they kept the door open to the storage / kitchen area next to the toilet, and dirty tables. Staff seemed confused when placing orders as well. Won't be going again.

Never returned a coffee ever before till today, first one I think they forgot to put the coffee in and second one not much better so left it. Flat white should be served in smaller cups. Shop looks very tired and in need of a make over

Looks like the whole place needs a deep clean or refurbishment. Really grubby and not particularly pleasant to sit in. The cakes on display looked like they'd been there for weeks and had been thrown onto the display. They were upside down, broken, awful. The place was practically empty which doesn't suprise me. The coffee was good though and piping hot. Think they need to up their game to compete in the overcrowded cafe seen in Melton.
