I phoned Derek (owner) two days ago to book my car in for a full valet for Saturday morning. Arrived at 9.40am and the gates were still locked even though they were suppose to open at 9am. Rang the owner who was a bit harsh and only said give them 10-15mins

Not going again got my car back today £50 clean only to check that when i got home large scratch on back of car and bumper my own fault really should have checked when i picked up but a fresh gouge still paint hanging from itWhite ford Kuga £130 quote from spray shop ended up being an expensive clean
