I contacted Sue as a positive step to deal with being a nervous flier. From start to finish Sue was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and well prepared to help me deal with my fear. I have used this service recently, Firstly the lady who delivers this theraphy is very kind and sympathy toward us suffering insomnia.Secondly her magic voice and soft music made me wish to sleep immediately after the theraphy and I dont wish to use drugs to help that was very surprise to me. It doesnt mean it just one off to solve everything because everybody has different reasons and background and environments to cause the insumnia . currently I contious to use her audio as self hypnotherapy to support me and feel much better now and much confident to sleep and therefore increase my life quality lots ,I highly recommend her service. thank you very much.
