Northgate Vehicle Hire - Aberdeen

I have stayed here on numerous occasions for work and must admit I was disappointed with my stay which started with having to ring a mobile number to get someone to attend reception to check me in and it turns out he was behind the closed door behind the reception!!! For God's sake put a bell on reception.When he came out of his little room he stood to the left of a perspex covid screen then barked at me for lowering my mask so I could speak to him...He had what looked like a snood on instead of a mask and proceeded to hand me my key card with his bare hands.My room had a window that would not shut and faced onto the main road so I was awoken this morning at 4am with the sound of traffic.And it took 12 phone calls to order room service so no I did not enjoy my stay.

Van hire company

Cheap! Although took forever to get the van, lots of forms to sign etc. Just niggling really. Van was great size, newly veleted too.

Always easy to deal with when hiring or returning a vehicle.
