If you're looking to rent a studio then be aware. No where to park, you can't unload on site and staff are rude and not Interested or bothered in any way and do nothing to make you feel welcome. If people cared it could be an amazing place to rent.

This place is literally on my doorstep. Can't believe I've been sleeping on this place! From the refill shop, tattoo/nailshop, vintage shop, I was totally amazed at the variety of things so close to me. Really great place!

lovely area! came here to go to Yuzu Space to get a tattoo from Wingkei and it’s a great atmosphere with a cute little cafe and a huge park nearby. very modern and welcoming!

These developers EatWorkArt have bought the building a nursery is on. They’re kicking the nursery out by July. At 10.30pm last night the nursery had to email us to tell us we can’t take our kids in this morning. Their site talks of community - what an absolute greedy joke. My husband works in development and is embarrassed at this behaviour by EatWorkArt. Poor ethics for all the chat on their site.

The management is toxic.Very unsupportive and defensive staff (managers). Unfortunately it’s less about the art and community and more about money and turning it into a ‘wework’ type space.Uninspiring, soulless and at times dangerous. A lot of burglaries and hate crimes brushed under the carpet which they prefer to ignore and victim blame to prevent liability and bad reputation.
