Took car for a recall service, after receiving a letter. Lovely welcome at service reception. Was told it could take 90 minutes, but was ready within an hour. Very professional

Fab service, Joe was very honest, We were Happy with the deal we got on a Nissan. He had great knowledge and guided us through process professionaly

I am always very pleased with the service I receive at J&J motors, all the service staff are very polite even when it's plain to see that they are under pressure.I do my car upgrades with Chris and nothing is too much trouble for him.

While the car was having its service I was happy dat watching television drinking coffee, and when they finished with the car the car was washed and cleaned inside and out.Not all previos garages have done that.Thankyou so much.

Went to J&J motors crosshands to have a new front number plate put on as halfords wouldn't do it as it had anti theft screws and they were fantastic and had a quick look at the cars while waiting so thank you J&J.

After looking at positive reviews, I persuaded my elderly parents with disabilities to buy a used Suzuki from this dealership… BIG MISTAKE! The salesman (Phil I think) was great but the After Sales/ Service department is pathetic! In less than 6 months the car has had numerous problems and needs a complete new exhaust system! Apparently, this not covered by warranty and J&J don’t want to know…. Not even a goodwill discount on the parts needed to fix it! The car was obviously not PDI checked before sale and I wouldn’t recommend buying a used car from this company! Avoid!!!

Very disappointed in the service. Staff appear to go out of their way to make life difficult and are very rude. I was without my car for a week due to their incompetence.Also be aware that the floor surface in the showroom is dangerous I almost broke my neck walking on the polished tiles. Not one member of staff asked me if I was OK afterwards, in fact I was told there are plenty of signs warning you it's slippery". I can't help but feel the dealership know there is an issue with the floor but are completely negligent doing nothing about it.It's put me off buying another suzuki

I took my car in for a service. First, they smashed my bonnet lock in. Ok, I should have taken the time to explain that the extra key on the ring was for the bonnet. But they could have figured that out without forcing the lock so hard that it broke. They refused to acknowledge this and had me over a barrel so I ended up paying £80 for them to fix the damage THEY CAUSED.Next, I look at my wheel nut lock and it's absolutely screwed. They mangled every single nut too. They admitted fault and ordered a new set. Weeks ago. Not heard since I marched in there to show them the damage.Utterly incompetent.
