Tans and Hands

Friendly staff, did feel as though we were being rushed in and out to get our tans done. I’m a very sweaty person and it was in the summer so I basically had sweat my tan off by the time I got home because I wasn’t given anything to dry with or any time to dry before I was told to get dressed again. I’m sure had I been dry before dressing I wouldn't have been patchy. I got extra dark as well and didn’t feel like I had much colour to me.

Absolutely lovely. Came for a bumper almost 3 hour pamper session and I feel fabulous 10/10

I am writing this with heavy heart as Katy the owner is truly lovely! However, I had a luxury spa pedicure with shellac, including soak-off of the little existing varnish I had on my nails (I had a refund for the soak-off as a nail-file was used!). Within a day the varnish came off one nail then within days all of them, apart from my big toes, came off! This has never happened before and the only conclusion I could come to was that oils were used, as my feet were massaged, and it lifted the shellac! I also have to say that it didn't really feel luxurious, especially when the varnish was being filed off! I was not able to have this rectified or was I offered a refund, so basically I threw my money down the drain. I won't go there again.

I have known that Ukrainian lady works in this place. I must say, Ukrainian manicurists are truly exceptional! Their attention to detail and skillful techniques are unmatched. Whether it's a simple polish or intricate nail art, they always deliver stunning results. Their precision and creativity combined with a friendly and professional demeanor make the experience of getting a manicure truly enjoyable. Ukrainian manicurists have gained a well-deserved reputation for their talent and dedication to their craft. If you're looking for a top-notch manicure, I highly recommend seeking out a Ukrainian manicurist—they're sure to leave your nails looking fabulous!

The best salon I have been to. I’ve been for several different treatments over the years including lash lifts, waxing, massages and they’ve been brilliant every time. The staff have always been very friendly, especially the owner Katy. Will be booking again soon!

Love this tanning shop, always helpful and able to discuss tanning shades and other things you need to know. Will always come back here for a spray tan.

Heard good feedback from friends about this place but I wasn't very impressed. The spray tan was done very quickly and not as precise as other places I have used.I had orange palms and streaks after washing off and ended up using cif to scrub my palms. I would go back to my usual salon that charge £12 every day and take their time to perfect it.

Been visiting the salon for over 10 years and tried pretty much everything! Manicures, pedicures, spray tans, waxing, massage. Always been so happy with my treatments and the staff are so friendly. Really competitive price too! Love Tanning Thursdays! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Had an appointment for a shellac manicure and came away incredibly disappointed and upset that I had paid £28 for something that was of a poor standard. I followed the websites complaints procedure and sent an email however have not received any response in over a week. The colour choices are dated and poor, I went in wanting neon colours and quickly realised there were none. Another girl working suggested the neon powders were used over a pale nail so I went with the neon powders over white. I came away with nails that looked messy, inconsistent with colour coverage and bumpy. The appointment took two hours and at one point I was cut which was then covered with a cotton pad soaked in nail varnish remover, uncomfortable to say the least. The salan looks tired compared to how it was and it was not a relaxing or pampering experience. I regret paying the full price but given the circumstances I felt unable to question it at the time. Won't be returning as I think there are other salons where training will be up to par and my money will be better spent.
