B12 Urban Village Hall
An absolute nightmare for local residents of Mary Street and surrounding roads. This place is now being hired out for events and the traffic/parking chaos is ridiculous. The centre has only been here a few years and in the weekdays the staff park on the roads taking up potential residents spaces and now on the weekends they are having events and taking up spaces. They wouldn't get away with this in a posher area!

We had a great event for our new borne welcome party, very nice space, reasonably charged. The only concern is if the kitchen could be a bit more spacious in the small hall, it would be perfect for all events.

Booked this for a small family event and was pleasantly surprised by the modern hall and kitchen. Everything was perfect and the staff on site were incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. We will definitely be using it again.

good location, parking and facilities but the toilets were filthy. Had to clean other peoples s**t from the toilets before we could use them. mirrors were stained and toilet floors muddy... and that was after we paid for extra cleaning I shan't be going back

Attended a concert at this place. Limited parking but a nice place. Large hall with stage, toilets and a kitchen.Im told its very a reasonable price to rent for your event.

We have had an amazing event of our Tamil community. Everyone enjoyed the venue and the event.Children performances, musical programme - the auditorium perfect for our crowed and the effects are awsome.Refurbished fully equipped kitchen.Very affordable price, will book atleast 3 event per year
