Take my youngest grandson every week for toddlers session. Always busy first thing. Children are safe should they disappear for a few seconds. The building is secure and safe and you need to check out to leave. Staff friendly and always available to tidy tables if needed. Service for food and drinks is good. I always book in advance on their website. Email confirmation is provided although I’ve never been asked for proof of booking.

Brilliant play area for the kids to spend a couple of hours and good food the coffee is lovely

Nice and clean, ball pits seem to rotate with the cleaning so was not so worried about little one catching anything.Food was pretty nice.Went around easter time so they had an egg hunt on which was good as our little one found it! A nice touch.Toilet could do with some extra ventilation but not the end of the word.Want very busy which was good even though it was easter Friday.

Visited here for a birthday party on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Overall the place was good and would visit again. It had a large play area for bigger kids and also a small area for babies and toddlers. The cafe is ok but a bit on the expensive side and wasn't too impressed when I was stood waiting to order when a member of staff just looked at me whilst making up milkshakes didn't even say I will be with you in a minute or get someone else to take my order.

Great time here today food excellent, and brew good, staff very polite loved it and my grandson who is autistic had brill time

First time we've been since it reopened after the first Covid 19 struck, we had a party at another establishment (bounce play) recently and it wasn't a patch on Thingamajigs, the vegan food options for the kids were excellent all of the Vegan, Vegetarian and Omni kids enjoyed the food leaving little behind at the end.The new café decor is fun and I think the rest of the interior would benefit from the same wooden panels and forest theme throughout.

Booked a private hire party which I book every year but usually use somewhere else but gave the laser tag party a go this year.I wasn’t blown away and won’t be booking again as I just feel that it was lacking in lots of areas.-kitchen closed for adults (most parents come from work and then not getting home till 8pm but can’t buy food)-2 members of young staff running the whole place (serving adults and minding desk aswell as being party entertainers there wasn’t much entertaining and kids were given equipment to run around but there was no enthusiasm or excitement from staff was just very dull. It’s impossible for these staff to run a party of 20 as well as serving and running of the building. One staff sat at desk not really knowing what’s what maybe new member. I’ve worked over 20years in childcare and you have to have that fun excitement in you with the ability to be fun and silly unfortunately I didn’t get that with the party.- no piñata allowed but the girl very kindly got me authorised for me to do it after I was upset about not being allowed.-since booking the party months ago I’ve had no contact from anyone about the party so not having the communication before a party means we didn’t know it was no piñata, no kitchen etc.- the equipment wasn’t fully working on the first run but it was quickly resolved.- on a positive the children looked like they made there own fun running through the play area, I have left disappointed tho that my boys party wasn’t SPECIAL.I think more staff and party host training would be a thought for your future parties as £300 is a lot of money.

Fantastic! The kids had a great time and we had 2 hrs to sit and drink coffee!! The team were fantastic. The venue was clean (as were the toilets) the coffee was good and the kids loved it! Definitely recommend!!

My 19month old Granddaughter enjoyed her play a bit more busy than I like due to School holidays but will visit again.
