I've used this store for over 10 years, the staff throughout that time have always been polite and friendly, if they don't know the answer to a question they won't just tell you anything they will get the answer for you, good promotions are often on, I find the store very competitive on the price of sprayers, sanders and access equipment. Excellent store, ran by excellent staff

After a friend recommended this place I thought I’d give it a go. Staff very welcoming on arrival and were more than happy to help. I even had my paint carried back to my car for me! 5* customer service. Very happy customer :)

Fantastic service and attention to detail from helpful pleasant staff. Top quality products you expect from Dulux. Quality does come at a (reasonable) price of course but if you want the best, then deal with the best. Can't recommend any more highly to be honest.

Dulux Decorator Centre
I went in today, not to buy but to look at their colour ranges and discuss paint options. I was assisted by a totally wonderful person called Roland. He gentle asks customers if they need any help and either helps or leaves them to browse. He answered all of my questions and also suggested a new paint in the heritage range. So, thank you Roland for being a fantastic ambassador for Dulux.

Staff on hand to give detailed help and knowledge.Took my colour sample in and they matched to the nearest colour match of 0.2% so practically the colour.Sown the colour and the outcome before mixing.So happy with the service given so thank you

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good clear markings in shop. I asked for some Glidens paint as knew it was a good brand and was told no longer available so was advise to try Armstead. Went on great and a lovely colour. Thanks.
