The OPENING HOURS are listed like this online and within the patients system:Monday -9am to 6.30pmTuesday -9am to 6.30pmWednesday -9am to 6.30pmThursday -9am to 6.30pmFriday -9am to 6.30pmWhenever I call any time after 5:00 pm I get an answer machine telling me they are closed. It used to be possible to book appointments online but not any longer why? Covid cannot be an excuse any more, even if you can only book a phone appointment the system should be enabled again. Once you manage to get through to a human being, you have to wait for a minimum of 10 days to get a phone call from the doctor, and then maybe be seen in another two weeks time so it takes almost a month until any issue is looking looked into.

Awful surgery , still impossible to get an appointment long after the pandemic yet the waiting room is empty , now moved to a real doctors. In the three years at this surgery only ever saw a doctor twice . The doctors and staff are lazy and rude

Worst medical centre I had the misfortune of dealing with in 12 years spent in London. The receptionist laughed on the phone for asking a question about my partner and then immediately denied. Generally EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Dealt with them 6 times, each time I ended up using private clinics because of their inefficiency. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Had an appointment with the nurse yesterdayTold them I had an appointment at 9.30. receptionist said sorry you don't have an appointment at 9.30. was on the way home when the receptionist called me again saying sorry sorry I have found you. You do have an appointment at 9.30 please come back. So I returned backWhen I saw the nurse.there were two nursesOne was a trainee and the other a more senior level. These our numrde was on a team/zoom online meeting with some other colleagues when the junior nurse was treating me. I think as this is a medical services medical staff should carry out to meetings elsewhere instead of with the patient and juniors. I was shocked as discussions should have taken place elsewhere due to data confidentiality and safegusrding policy.

Horrible and Shambolic. Rude staff, incompetent manager, the worse GP practice I have ever seen. The below 36 negative comments confirm what I have experienced with them.Dismissive, rude and complete lack of any professionalism. This GP centre is a sick joke.

I have been coming to this medical centre for 8 years, and the service has drastically declined. Impossible to get an appointment. They have a (new) male receptionist now...alone from his tone of voice, you can tell, he has a I don't care" attitude. It is quite obvious

As I type, I am on hold to reach someone, anyone at Little Venice Medical Centre... It's been 1 hour and 17minutes and counting... waiting... This wait time, the annoying cold play music and definitely not assuring automated voicemail is anxiety induced, unreasonable and not helpful. Why is the wait to merely reach reception always so long? I was number 4" in the line to start off with. I avoid seeking medical assistance for this very trivial reason

The receptionists do everything they can to avoid work they make it almost impossible to see a dr. Also seems very disorganized (many of the appointments end up cancelled). This place desperately needs better staff and management.

I have been with this surgery since I was born!!! 41 YEARS and I will say these last few months have been HORRENDOUS, horrendous in answering calls. HORRENDOUS in getting an appointment, unless it's weeks away. Using 2 phones to call the surgery 1 had me waiting 45minutes being caller #2!! The 2nd phone was answered first after 20min!!! I cannot get an appointment when calling everyday morning and afternoon at the recommended times! Given the WRONG INFO....Need to see a doctor to get my prescription, FINALLY got to book a doctors appt for the same afternoon to be called back and informed it should be with the nurse, which has now been booked for the following morning!!! AARRGGGGHHH SERIOUSLY, the girl on Friday told me I will be able to get an appt with the doctor on Monday!!!! WELL IF I HAD KNOWN THAT LAST WEEK!!! Now I am SEVEN DAYS WITHOUT MEDICATION. I am totally OVER THIS SURGERY #OVERIT
