Best price that I could find within a 60 mile radius. I had lost both of my car keys and he was able to make a new key in less than 30 minutes. Despite him being an hour from my car he was still the most responsive and least expensive. Chances are you won’t find a better locksmith.

I managed to get locked outside my motorhome with the keys inside. I've got RAC cover so they were called and arrived promptly. However, they could only force access to our lovely motorhome by breaking something so the engineer suggested this company. I called them and the guy arrived in 90 minutes. In a further 10 minutes he had opened the vehicle and the keys were retrieved. Painlessly, quickly and quietly done. Excellent service for £85.

The lock on my van door failed (as well as the open button on the key fob), which meant I couldn't access my van. Steve, was around within the hour and after doing all he could on site (including cutting a new key), decided the whole thingneeded taking apart and looking at.Anyway, the next day everything was back together and fully functional, key fob included. The service provided was fantastic from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Protect-A-Lock to anyone who has problems with their car locks/keys.

Our back door lock stopped working so I was looking for a locksmith based in Bungay. What excellent service. The engineer arrived within fifteen minutes of my phone call. He was able to fix the lock so I only had to pay the call out charge.Very friendly, polite and professional service.Definitely recommend this company.

Steve came out and programmed a key for a Ford Transit Connect arrived on time and had the job done in minutes.Great service a genuine local locksmith" company unlike other firms advertising as local when their NOT this guy really lives and works in Bungay.Best price quoted out of three other companies I called.Would use again and recommend to others fast friendly and reliable.Even had a card machine so could pay by card !"
