Harika Property

Harika provided design consultancy services for the refurbishment of my late grandmother’s bungalow, helped us put it on the rental market to find tenants, and are now managing the property for us. All of this seemed pretty daunting to us initially, as we had never embarked on such a project, plus we are based abroad. Our heartfelt thanks to Lee and Gervaise who came up with an amazing design which we would never have come up with ourselves. Furthermore, they helped us find reliable contractors, and liaised with them throughout the building works, supporting us with all project management aspects. We also wish to convey our thanks to Alliyah, the property manager, for finding us some fantastic tenants! Definitely recommend Harika if you would like a more personalised approach to refurbishing and letting out your property, while maximising return on investment.

Lived in the house when it was managed by the landlords Liz and Gervaise. Lovely landlords, very easy to contact and communicate with. House was beautifully renovated to a high standard. Really enjoyed my days at 121.

Alliyah was absolutely fantastic & very quick at responding. We are so excited to move into our property tomorrow & we are so happy she managed to sort it for us.
