Very helpful and friendly firm to deal with. Sorted out a flood claim for me a couple of years ago. Now moving house which is unoccupied and is to be renovated. Normal insurance companies wouldn’t cover, Zoe at Guy Penn quickly sorted and arranged specialist cover. Very happy with the service. Online companies can’t always cover situations which are not run of mill situations.
