Joe and his team arrived on time and was professional and informative at all times. Joe fitted a new Combe boiler and replaced our old radiators a few weeks later we had a leak from an old shower pump just before we were due to go on holiday I called Joe and he came straight round and fitted a new shower pump I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I needed heating or plumbing Joe would be my first call I highly recommend Joe at TW Heat.

Joe and team installed a whole new heating system at My elderly fathers house. Joe has been great, not only beating other quotes by a grand but also starting work within a couple or weeks. For such a big job they finished within 4 days. Joe kept me updated all way though and also organised other tradesmen for me bringing to my attention problems that were big issues. He sent me photos when I couldn’t be there and thoughtfully installed a hive thermostat so I can control the temperature without being there so dad never gets cold.
