The Groom Room Bagshot
I took Dora my Labradoodle x Cockapoo to have a full groom. Taylor puts Dora at ease as she’s always a little anxious when I leave her. She has been Dora’s groomer for a while now and she always takes the time to make sure she’s calm before starting. I really do appreciate it and can’t recommend Taylor at The Groom Room Bagshot enough!

Very poor IT. I regret having to express my displeasure by giving one star review as the staff at Pets at Home and The Groom Room in both Bagshot and Bracknell are great. They are always helpful and friendly and the service they provide is very good BUT Pets at Home and Groom Room websites never work properly for me and I have up to date IT equipment and am competent in using them. Come on Pets at Home - please sort this out. You're letting your staff down with sub-standard technology solutions.

The Groom Room Bagshot
Took my very reactive anxious malamute to the groom room in Bagshot for full groom and nail clipping. I am so impressed with the job they did. The grooming area looked like a duvet had exploded with all the fluff they got off her and she looks beautiful. They clipped her nails which she made very difficult because of her behaviour but they persevered. My dog looks lovely and I would recommend them to anyone and definitely plan to go back, if they will have her!

Wow what can I say excellent service tools years off my dog and now looks like a puppy! He has been bouncing around since his return! Looks great smells great teeth clean! Staff were very polite and accommodating 5 stars all the way highly recommended to all!

I have, on three separate occasions now, had the groom room cancel my appointment due to the member of staff my dog was booked with having left. When I have managed to get her booked in there, the groom is good but I can't rely on the service at all, especially for a long haired dog that needs regular grooming. It's not enough notice to let me know the day before (or as I arrive to the salon, as happened in one case)

Really recommend Jo at The Groom Room Bagshot! I take my standard dachshund there to see Jo for nail clipping following a bad experience at a previous store - he turned very anxious showing all signs of stress. Jo takes the time on his appointments to make him feel comfortable before continuing with the treatment and he’s relaxing more and more each time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
