Can’t recommend this young lady enough… I contacted her on Sunday to remove some lashes I had on and really needed them coming off .. she went above and beyond to help me and invited me in (only to find out she wasn’t even working) took so much time and care taking them off… she cleaned my natural lashes and took special care in treating them with lash conditioner… lovely lady who takes special care of her customers and is well informed about lashes and how to look after them…If there was more than 5* I’d have certainly given them to her. Thank you so much x

Absolutely gutted with my lashes that I had done here. I paid £60 for a fresh set of russian volumes and removal of previous set. The lashes I had done were classics and were so thin! I asked about this and I got told that it was the state of my natural lashes. When I left the salon, I was so upset with them that I booked somewhere else 4 days later. When someone did them again, she did them exactly how I wanted them to be done at a fraction of the cost! The 2 stars are for the salon being clean, the owner friendly and for giving me a free care kit. When I complained about my lashes being so thin, she also gave me a lash wash. The first photo is the lashes I had done here, the second elsewhere less than a week later!

I have just turned up and was told the salon isn’t there anymore!! I go on holiday tomorrow so very frustrating! The earlier review which is similar to mine was posted after I booked online so only just seen it…. Don’t book through the online system.

Nicole is very professional and I love my new eyebrows she’s given me and it’s saved me time in the morning! :) I’ve also had my lashes done by Nicole. She provides a great service and ensures her work is tailored to suit her clients needs. Thank you very much Nicole :)

Did everything as I should, turned up.....doesn't work there anymore. Wonder if I will get the full price back for my wasted time?

Lovely experience & my brows are just how I wanted them. I had Henna to tint my brows and it’s saved me so much time now that I don’t have to use a pencil each morning. The combination of threading and waxing has shaped them really nice. Only wish I’d done this sooner! Highly recommended!
