Placed order at 9:30am on the Thursday and paid £9.95 for next day delivery. I was told it would arrive the following week on the Monday or the Tuesday. All requests to cancel order were ignored and I expect requests for a refund will similarly be ignored.

I recently brought a (double) Dust Mite Killing, Fleecy Electric Blanket from Allergy Best Buys, following a recommendation from a friend (how best to target warmth / keep warm cheaply in Winter etc..). The double Fleecy Electric Blanket is so good, acts as a mattress topper on top of the existing mattress topper, adds warmth even when not 'on' and the auto turn off after 1h / 3h ... is simply brilliant. Add in the Dust Mite Killing properties. A great product indeed.

Terrible service, if you can avoid ordering with this company. I ordered some supplements on the 48 tracked service. When they did not arrive I was told delivery is actually 5 days, despite paying £4.95 for a 48 hour tracked service. They refused to provide me with a replacement which meant I was without key supplements for my treatment.

The hypoallergenic plasters are all really, really small
