Stopped using them 3 people there 1 person serving. Once they start on teas and coffee and bacon sandwiches, you wait forever.

Too many staff in back of shop, albeit supplying hot food, but leaving only one to serve. Admittedly the lady serving was very pleasant and personable, just rushed off her feet. Just not good service, with a queue to the door, and fed up customers. Do better Greggs Manager, and sort it out!!

Lovely staff, I have never had a problem with how they deal with issues other customers or myself have. The only issues I have with this place is that the regular coffee is literally half the cup, if you are looking for a decent coffee actually filled up if suggest McDonald's or the local burger stall.Again, no issues with the staff as they are lovely hence the 3 stars.

As a rule I enjoy Gregg's but just lately if you're an in-store customer it's not so good. There were at least four staff on but although there was a long queue only one was serving and she was so slow. One seemed to be out back, another putting stock out where there was already stock and one more doing online orders. It's the latter that is so annoying if your an in-store customer..

Rude people disgusting food didn’t even get what i asked for right, very unprofessional and dangerous especially if someone has allergies and was to get given the wrong food, big blonde lady completely ignored me as she cared more about her conversation with another member of staff i asked her the same question several times as she continued to ignore me.i love Greggs never goes wrong but this store is honestly the worst greggs i have been to in all the years i have been eating greggs never again!!

Awful service, gave my order of Bacon and Sausage Bagette, I was told I had to wait whilst they made sure there were enough for the delivery orders!! Eventually five minutes later, after enduring being lent over by delivery drivers being handed orders! I was told yes there was enough, paid for my order. Waited and waited, to then be told all the sausage had gone on the delivery orders, .. So I ended up with just bacon!! Which was freezing cold.

Service time is ridiculous. Be prepared to lose most of your break time if you work in Northfield. One serving and two just standing there talking when there's clearly a queue.

As just eat Driver I went to pick the order it’s took almost 20 minutes to make the order ready and when I request about order they ignored and went at the back and laughed at me , old woman rude and disrespectful .please avoid this place I have recovered everything
