The White House Dental Practice

Mr Manny has looked after us for years now and we feel safe and supported in his caring environment. The staff are wonderful and they are proudly dementia friendly and able to support and calm autistic family members.

I have been with the practice for around 20 years now and have only ever received friendly, prompt and professional service from all the staff there. My dentist has changed, as has my hygienist, and as someone nervous of dental treatment these changes worried me. I needn’t have been concerned because each change has been nothing to worry about. Attitudes towards patients are exemplary, in my experience, and dentists and hygienists are very reassuring and kind.

I met the new dentist Mumtaz last week and she was lovely Explained everything and gave good advice and is very thorough. I and my family have been going to this practice for some years now and the staff are always very helpful friendly and always give a warm welcome especially the receptionists Karen and Clare. A big thank you to all the practice staff.

Been using this dentist for over 20 years and always been really happy with my treatment, reception staff always very helpful. My dentist left a few months ago and was replaced by Mr Lakis Gitsidis finding him lacking in any social skills and very rough approach during my check up .Today I was booked in for extraction and filling and have never been treated so badly , a brutal unprofessional treatment has left me with busied and cut lips and gums .Had no sense of what he was doing ,let alone checking I was ok with this total empathy.I can really understand why people have phobias of dentist after his hatchet job .I spoke to the manager Rosa who reassured me she would deal with this matter .I will be making a formal complaint to follow up,and refusing to be treated again by this dentist.
