CURTAIN DESIGN WORKSHOP

I used this Company a good few years ago and I’m still cross at the way I was treated. Someone mentioned them recently and I thought I will review as I was so not impressed with how I was spoken to after buying Curtains and furnishings from them. Don’t get me wrong the Curtains are lovely and still are but god forbid anything isn’t quite right as they can’t take criticism. A few things happened, Lisa’s fault!, I braced myself to tell her, after a bit of attitude things were changed. But the very worse thing that happened was when the fitter came to our house and the Curtains were quite far off the ground! Obvious as there was no other furniture in the room. He said I would have us back as we can lower the rail! We’d just moved in so I didn’t mention for a week or two and I more or less got told that he wouldn’t have said that! But it could be put right if I wanted! They obviously slated me after that as when I had problems with fraying cushions the lady on the phone laughed and laughed and laughed when I said my name! Then said we always say they come back !! I said I had a problem with some Cushions left a message for Lisa but she didn't call me back. Shocking treatment when I’d spent a great deal of money with them.
