I have been going to Mandala Flow for a few months now and I am very great full to have met heidi. She has been such a wonderful therapist. I’ve been able to try lots of new coping techniques and also tried reiki which was quite an amazing experience! She is so personable and caring. She has opened my eyes to different approaches at dealing with life’s ups and downs.If you are looking for a more spiritual approach to therapy (as I was) then I couldn’t recommend heidi enough.Thank you for everything you do!

What a beautiful space. The room was just so cozy and relaxing. My Reiki treatment was with Sandra. I have had treatments with Sandra in the past so knew what to expect (a mind blowing, relaxing and special experiance). Sandra is a wonderful therapist and being based at Mandala is just such an added bonus. I met Liz and Hedi on the way out and what wonderful inspirational ladies they both are. Can't wait to return.

I was recommended Heidi and Catherine by a good friend.Initially skeptical of booking a 4 week block, now, that I've finished that initial 4 week block I'm about to book another!A minimum of 4 weeks is absolutely necessary to peel back the layers and get to the root of the problems, which takes time.Time to feel safe, which allows you to open to Heidi's and Catherine's amazing healing energy.Walking into the treatment room was like coming home...but to a home I'd never known...a home of nurturing, love and healing.My armour falls off as soon as I walk in the treatment room.I'll be forever grateful to the many hands of the universe that brought me to Heidi and Catherine..without them I don't know where I'd be, I can't recommended Mandala Flow, and all that these amazing women do enough.With love and light, thank you,Laura

Heidi is a wonder! She is warm, welcoming, caring and supportive. I didn’t know what kind of therapy or support I needed when I started seeing Heidi, which was not a problem for her. She meets you where you are, listens deeply and then suggests different ways of working with energy for healing. I have only had three sessions and have had some huge realisations about my life, and she’s given me some amazing tools and ways of thinking that I know will stay with me forever. I recommend booking in with Heidi if you are ready for healing and understanding yourself on a deeper level, and if you’re ready to experience some real life magic. She’s amazing!

I cannot thank Heidi enough for all she had done for me. I was a broken woman when I started treatment with her and she has made me, or helped me become, whole again. She is a pilar of support in helping me stand on my own two feet. I never ever thought I could feel this good. Given I’m 57 now I feel hope for my future and welcome whatever my life will become.

I've had a session with Heidi Grillo and it was a mind blowing experience! Her intuition and insights are spot on. I felt completely relaxed and at ease with her throughout the session. It was a mix of reflexology and Chinese energy medicine. After the session I felt pleasantly tired. It was fascinating to hear what Heidi was picking up from my energy field. She is incredibly knowledgeable! I definitely felt I've let go and opened up for something new. The whole session was on a different level, it was magical and it for sure wasn't my last! Went here for a massage today and I cannot praise it enough. It was perfection. Such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. I was given a form when I came in that asked what I was looking for in my massage and what kind of pressure I liked and it was perfectly adhered to. The oil used smelled amazing. I wish I could smell like that all the time. I totally zoned out and it was just what I needed. I 100% will be back. Thank you so much

It's really hard to put into the words the positive and powerful impact Heidi has had on my journey (and will no doubt continue to). I visit Heidi once a month for a talk energy session. I look forward to that date and love using it as a marker to reflect on all the insight/growth/development from the last session. I feel so calm in the beautiful space Heidi practises in and in her presence. She is intuitive, calming, loving and offers amazing perspective and takeaways for me to look into outside of our session. I couldn't recommend Heidi enough.

I have had the most amazing realisation in a long time. When I went to Mandala Flow I was at the point of my life where I wasn't happy with anything I did. I had problems with my boss and felt anxious just to go to work. My relationship suffered as well as I was always angry and stressed and on top of that my personal passion projects were on hold as I couldn't find the strength and confidence to work on them and publish them either. This all changed thanks to Mandala and through the amazing work of my therapist Heidi. She truly listened to my life experience and helped me to see my life through different lens. You see I didn’t think I deserve all the things I have and I sabotage my life experiences everywhere I could. I can’t express how grateful I am that I went there and fully immersed myself in the healing process. Right now I am happily sharing all my work. Left the job where I wasn’t happy and found an even better one in the field I enjoy. I am happier than ever before and understand now that things get tough all the time but I am strong enough to deal with them. I deserve better. Thank you

I have been seeing Heidi ag Mandala flow for a number of reflexology sessions now. The treatment and expertise, is second to none. Highly, highly recommend Mandala Flow. My sleep, mood, general well being and out look has improved dramatically since seeing Heidi. Her caring, compassionate, professional nature is a joy. I skip into each session never wanting it to end.
