Accrington Road Dental Centre

I have been a patient here for numerous years. I spoke of my pain in a wisdom tooth and instead of dealing with it. The incompetent nhs dentist said it looks fine. When I went private with another dental practice I was told its impacted and infected and prescribed antibiotics. Then it was removed by a surgeon who when I spoke with him about this Accrington road dental practice said its notorious for bad treatment.This dental practice is a joke, if you complain about anything they remove you from the practice without contacting you. The practice manager is lazy and doesn't investigate anything.Please avoid this dental practice if you are NHS because you will be treated like a third class citizen.Thank you

Does this place ever answer?? It's been over a year since I seen a dentist they cancelled my appointment twice. I have left multiple voicemails asking them to call me back but yet to still receive a call . Really disappointed this place has gone downhill and clearly bad management

Contacted this dental practice and asked for information on registering my disabled child and the receptionist said just to look on the website. I asked her if that what she was paid for and she said yes she's paid to tell us to look at the website and put the phone down?! Do jot recommend this due to bad customer service!

Seems like a great spot to get the teeth fixed just very busy and difficult to get though via telephone. My initial appointment was less than 15 minutes and no X-ray the same day eating a roll pulled out a huge filling. Tried to call and couldn’t get through to book an emergency-eventually wife got me in.
