Visited the arcades. The tickets aren't topped up in the machines regularly enough. The majority of things in the prizes cabinet weren't stocked. Quite disappointing for my daughter's 10th birthday trip out

Lots of lanes, lots of parking too. Some good pricing deals too if you scour the website.Plenty of other games under the same roof (laser tag, escape rooms, arcade games, pool etc).

Really poor. 10/10 for the staff. They were doing there best and very polite. But it even got to a point even i could see it was getting to much for them It was a Saturday mid day and 3 staff on. Took 40mins+ to get drinks and when the food showed up it was cold.Decided to have a go in the arcade and the machines just kept having issues, and no-one available on floor to sort the problem out. Took ages to get someone after having to queue and wait on repair man to come. Birthday party going on so it was crazy busy.Even just having 2 more staff on and some organisation would have made a huge difference. Been to other Tenpin venues and never been this bad. Would highly recommend to avoid this one until they get more staff and a better manager. Won't be returning, went as a family of 8. Will go elsewhere.

Enjoyed the drinks and had a good time with friends whilst we bowled. However one of the staff members, Shea, didn’t have the best attitude towards us. Nearing the end of our game we experienced a ball jam and was beginning to run out of balls, this meant we struggled to bowl so I informed her of the problem and was given no resolution to the issue and it was dismissed because we “only had 4 minutes left of our game”. As someone who works at a bowling alley we have ways of fixing this issue even if we don’t have a technician in. Unfortunately her attitude put a downer on the night but the lanes and equipment are in good condition.

It was a great evening, but it was so hot, and they only had the aircon turned on in the bar area, not over the bowling. Also, despite using the app to order drinks, our friend ended up having to go and fetch them from the bar after a 30-minute wait. They were so understaffed, and clearly, the lad had no rush left in him. It was a fun evening but service was lacking

The venue was really good, clean and the staff were really helpful. Our group had a fantastic evening but was disappointed that not everyone got bowling shoes. They only give out if your wearing heals. Mad.

My recent visit to the bowling alley was a blast! The lanes were in nice condition, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The lively atmosphere added to the fun, creating a perfect setting for a night out with friends. The ball selection and scoring system were on point, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable game. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall positive experience. Recommended for a fun-filled bowling night!

Best place to hangout with friends and kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the bowling game with friends and the kids were occupied with pizza and fries. They also have a means to make kids play bowling. The best part was we had bus 8 with a stop in front of the venueOverall, we had a great time.
