Always great fun at a Cards or Die event. As much or as little help as you need. New games, retro games, good knowledge. If you haven't yet been to an event, now is the time!

Amazing idea and a lovely warm open environment to enjoy games with both friends & fellow board-game-lovin strangers! Everyone is welcome and the regulars take time to make you feel like one the group straight away :) love it

Ann provided board games for our wedding, and all our guests loved them. She was incredibly helpful, and the range of games she had was perfect. Everyone said they really enjoyed the games and that they gave a nice chill atmosphere, which is exactly what we wanted.

I've now been to quite a few of Ann's board games evenings, all at Truly Scrummy in Horsforth, Leeds (with its delicious savoury food and cakes). There are so many games to choose from! And Ann is really good at chatting a bit to those who attend and recommending games that she thinks each group of people would like - some games are competitive and some are collaborative.It's not always that easy to learn to play a new card or board game - I remember as a child trying to work it out on Christmas Day at times - but Ann makes it simple, because she is able to explain/demonstrate the rules very clearly. I get the impression that she works out in advance, every time she buys a new game, how she's going to explain it. The ambience is relaxed, and it's a great way to meet up with friends. Last time we went to Truly Scrummy there were nine of us and it was great fun.

Could not recommend Ann and her services with Cards or Die more highly! She's run multiple sessions with students at the University of Leeds, and the students have had an amazing time. She's so professional, polite and patient with her instructions. Thank you again Ann!

Ann came all the way down south to do board games at our wedding, and she was phenomenal! Everyone really enjoyed the range of board games and she is very knowledgeable about them so can recommend what would be a good game!
