Easy to find, short walk from Paddington Station. Staff knew my booking and used my PIN to confirm. Pick up was just as easy. Good to know luggage was safe & secure whilst I was sightseeing around Lomdon.

It was easy to book our luggage storage on the Bounce app and find this location. We dropped off our bags in a secure spot of the store, and the staff at drop off were very helpful in explaining pick up procedures. When we returned to pick up our luggage, the staff again were very kind and helpful. I would definitely use this location again if I were storing luggage while in London!

No big sign and didn’t tell the store name , because visitor are looking for the storage not image it’s a store , whatever it is a good business idea.
