Avoid this firm at all costs!I wanted to support my local businesses instead of going through the big firms and 12 months later I am still dealing with their absolute incompetence.I cannot begin to express how exhausted I am by DPA Law. All I needed was a “help 2 buy” buy out. I was given a quote at the start which I was happy with, then submitted all documentation. 3 solicitors later I am still waiting for the case to be closed. Instead, they only know how to follow up when they want money from you. I have had to exchange countless of emails and have multiple conversations for them to honour my quote instead of asking for £300 extra and yet waiting 5 months to hear back from the branch manager that apologised and promised to look after my case.If you want peace and mind, avoid this firm like the plague.And I don’t even expect to hear back from them on this review and will have to seek advice on suing them for causing distress.

Took over 4 years to deal with my aunts estate who had a Will. Was told people had left to find they hadn’t. Wrong forms sent out waisting months at a time. I too would like no stars. Today was sent a letter to have both executors names spelt wrong. This sums them up. Definitely do not recommend. I have never written a bad review but this firm deserves it.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. Constant mistakes made. Got to keep chasing them only to be fobbed off. Made a complaint things will improve they said. Still waiting for that to happen. Worst solicitors I've ever dealt with.

Incompetent solicitors. Impossible to get hold of, we have been trying to complete on a house and these idiots can’t even answer a simple call or email. Will be actively pursuing a refund. Do not use!!!

I have used DPA law since 2018 for a multitude of their services both professionally and personally, to prepare a will and power of attorney, property purchases, sales and also arranging a company buy out. I can highly recommend Kathryn and the rest of the team at DPA as I have received outstanding care and found them very efficient in dealing with all my requests and enquires. They go above and beyond when it comes to meeting your requirements.

DPA Law made an error on their end, which they admitted that it was thier fault and never compenstated me for. They confirmed my partners Help to Buy ISA bonus was ready, before it actually was. After completing the purchase of my first house, they rung me up after the fact to state they had made an error and put the WRONG bonus onto my account by mistake.I was made to pay an extra £2,900 and now they refuse to admit fault or help out in any way.I can not warn people enough of this company.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for DPALaw, they literally rescued me when I was horribly distraught and in need of help, other law firms approaches were as good as sucking a lemon and solely motivated by extortionate financial gains, some even betrayed me by acting in conflict, Mr James Trask lawyer at DPALaw was motivated by achievement and success in the most professional manner, the outcome in my case was rewarded by success, trust me, trust them .

I can have nothing but praise for Ffion Thomas, the whole process of making a Will was made effortless by Ffion. Ffion was extremely professional in her assistance, any questions were explained/answered in simple easy ways to understand, not Solicitor jargon. The whole process was quick and straightforward.I would certainly recommend Ffion and DPA to anyone. I have recently had a bad experience with a conveyancing Solicitor in another firm and the difference with Ffion’s professionalism and proactiveness compared to their poor service was clear to be seen.Thank you, I will be recommending to friends and family.
