Managed to get in same day for emergency wisdom tooth check and xrays. There is a wait to get checkup appointments, and it's a busy popular practice. Very accommodating for my children. Only criticism is the building itself - having a lot of stairs and tight corridors and small waiting areas. Not ideal with toddler, but dental service is fantastic and we are NHS patients.

I suspect that this may be common but you become unregistered if you do not attend regularly - they send out appointment reminders via text but are not capable of informing you that you are about to be kicked off their practice list. Hopeless

Very polite and helpful staff, both dentists I've seen were professional and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend

Fantastic dental practice. Got me and my family seen for a checkup really rapidly and then seen really quickly for a filling repair. All COVID restrictions considered and covered. Really happy with the service - can't wait to go again!

Abysmal practice. Called to make an appointment to sort tooth ache, was told that because I hadn’t been in 5 years, that I wasn’t registered as a patient anymore. They never notified me, just waited until I was in need before the told me to do one. I’m now left scrambling for someone to help me. Disgusting protocol. Practice phone lines don’t have a queue either, you just have to keep ringing and hoping someone answers

This is the Best Dental surgery i have ever been to, had 3 small fillings yesterday .. i am a very nervous patient and they were absolutely brilliant . staff and Dentists are fantastic . highly recommend

They have always got me in when I've had an emergency. Found the staff nice, friendly & professional

This dentist have terrible customer care, they speak to you like they are above you and most of all they don’t do there jobs properly. I had a tooth removed and I quote the lady said to me “it’s all out” but it wasn’t all out because the bits of tooth still in there started to come through the side of my gum, and then have the cheek to send me bills through the post when they didn’t do what I was paying for in the first place and I am having to have more dental work else where to fix what they couldn’t do, not to mention the pain from the tooth still in there.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service & experience is awful here.The people who run the reception desk are rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful.With regards to the actual dentists, Dr Peace is very competent and friendly, however on a couple of occasions when she has not been available, we have been seen by another lady (cant recall her name), who was so abrupt and seemingly had no people skills at all. Since seeing this lady my children are now scared of the dentist (which they never have been before). This was due to her unfriendly nature and the fact that she was unnecessarily rough whilst dealing with them.I would recommend that the practice needs to seriously review their staff and customer care, or they will continue to lose business, as they have done with my family and I.

They accept NHS patients, which sets them apart these days, however they're unwilling to deal with booking requests in any way other than over the phone, which is extremely problematic when they can't/don't answer the phone for weeks on end. They are, however, happy to answer emails in telling you to phone them...GP Practices are able to introduce much more modern booking/triage systems, so it's reasonable to expect the same here.
