Cannot fault the speed and service. Car was with me within 48 hours and is practically brand new.Gracie was amazing on the phone and the delivery driver, Lee, was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Talked me through the features of the car, didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions.They made everything so easy in what is a really stressful situation. Highly recommend!!

Sorabh has been amazing, from talking me through the technical side, to explaining how things will happen also giving sound advice.Within a very short time he had arranged for a hire car to be delivered and my car collected. The guy from the car hire office was great, also the car delivery guy (Sorry I've forgotten his name) rang to give to give me an ETA, he was so nice and helpful so yes I would highly recommend using your services!

Had an amazing service from Vishion. Aimiee and Francesca kept me informed everyday either by phone or email. And I got my car within 48 hours of the accident. The car was 73 plate brand new 2008 beautiful car and the driver showed me how to use everything in the car and what to do incase i break down or have an accident. So happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Came through to Vision Vehicle Solutions completely by accident when trying to get through to my own insurance company after a non-fault accident. Best mistake I have ever made.The people I spoke to with Vision were all very friendly and put me at ease. Everything was explained really well and the claim was settled quickly by the team. No excess was paid and the write off amount they got me for my vehicle was fair.The hire vehicle was delivered promptly and was a nice quality and similar to my old vehicle.No problems at all with the team at Vision. Would definitely recommend them to anybody who has had a no-fault claim.
