Unhelpfull.Had a voucher for a free coffee.Because it was a franchise they wouldn't honour it.Communication was rude,noticed same girl was rude to a foreign lorry driver.

Supposed to be hot food - but only if it's just been taken from the oven, else the display counter is not heated so the food gets cold quickly
