Good shopping experience. Reasonable variety and reasonable prices. There never seem to be enough staff on the tills, but staff are friendly and helpful. The bread corner I'd excellent

Customer service is very hit or miss, staff too busy talking to each other or on their phones. Half the time you spend longer waiting on someone to come to the till than you do actually shopping. Wide range of products however which is good.

Good shop and decent prices. Although they could employ more than one staff to Clear the lines quicker at the checkout as when its busy, people are having trouble social distancing near the checkout area as observed this morning. Please have more staff as checkout at least during busy periods. thank you.

I have been shopping in iceland for years now i love this shop everything you need you will find here the prices are reasonable although they have got a little more expensive recently but so has everywhere the staff are very helpful and pleasant the only negative i can say is that they do not do deliveries from instore but they do online so give them a try you might like it.
