Sold something, posted hermes ,quick delivery, small shop ,some customers moaning about masks etc but you always get one !

I feel that I need to change my review shown below.Having been there a few times now, I can see that my original impression was a result of my own confusion. The shop parcel service actually works very well and I have never had any real problems. In fact at various times members of staff have walked over to help me out which was great. So I now give a wopping 5 stars. Thanks.Original review (apologies for that). A bit hectic but sorted in the end".3 stars"

Horrible customer service. The lady at the till asked me if my package was from Asos, I said no, Trutex. She then went out back and came back a few minutes later and said my parcel wasn't there. I told her I got a text to say that it had arrived the day before. In the end she brought out a huge trolley out for me to go through myself I found nothing. The package was in the back somewhere because she found it when she went to put the trolley back. Apparently I said the package had been delivered by Hermes. We never discussed who the courier was.
