Ordered to pick up from Stansted airport to Rainham. Outstanding quality service. Driver waited in arrivals with a name sign and quality of driver was second to none. Would definitely recommend this company

DK Travel avoid at all costs failed/refused to collect us from the airport when we returned as he had prioritised another job even when we had already paid.We landed at 23.50 on the 24th Aug this was the day we stated we were leaving our hotel if Dk travel had checked the flight information we had given him he would have known this.On our arrival home at 02.15 after having to pay and wait 30mins for another taxi, he sent an aggressive text message to my wife cancelling our booking for next year and in capitals to never call him again.Then we get a note with our refund saying it's our fault and NEVER CALL ME AGAINDon't worry DK Travel we won't

Excellent service. Nice and relaxed journey to Gatwick 1st time using taxi will definitely use again. Will recommend to others. Even found our flight back as did not exist. TUI changed planes for return. So original flight home was non existent. Dave did find us and was waiting in arrivals. Thank you.
