Rude waited for 50 minutes bad service had to walk off excuse was the system was down not evenproper doctors rubbish they think it is funny please don't go there it's not worth you time

Bad and poor service from the reception. they don't no the pain of patients, if we go to appointment stright way they will say 10days how paitent will leave without treatment? As well as They don't no proper respect how to deal with paitents. Please requesting to the government take a action on negligence people...beacuse of this people NHS name is going bad.

pathetic!Not very helpful, Rude. Treating you like surgery paying for your Medical Exp. specially showing prejudice against Pakistani patients. Even children medicines you have to buy from pharmacy. community seriously considering that matter to highest level.

They spoke to one patient and another patient just about to talk and they just hang up while the conversation is running disgusting receptionist staff

Had an appointment at 8.40 didn't get seen buy 10.40 went home.Waste of time going here for help

This surgery was really good when under Dr Abassi but since he's left the service and quality of GPs and receptionist has dropped massively. It's almost like they don't want to help you and show alot of attitude. I would give 0 stars if I could

Extremely disappointing. The reception staff are slow and lack any sort of empathy and/or understanding of their responsibilities. Doctors are incompetent, misdiagnosed me in a case where the symptoms are clear even to people without a medical background and to top it all off, after seeing the diagnose from a specialist, they recommended the wrong treatment. I wouldn't recommend the place even to my worst enemy.

Appalling. Avoid like the plague, even if it is a doctors. Was told on Friday just gone that a referral letter was ready to collect. Come on Monday evening to collect and it’s not ready, was told with a terrible attitude that the doctor isn’t back in until Wednesday and nothing could be done. Now an appointment is going to be delayed further thanks to the incompetence of Five Towns Surgery. Not the first time they’ve been poor for me and the receptionists attitudes are always bad. This is the final straw, will be registering with a new GP tomorrow. Seriously, register somewhere else if you care about your health.

Is anyone even reading this reviews, I'm really annoyed with the receptionist. Someone need to address them before employing them. They lack basic public relations.Treat people with respect please we all human beings. #Bekind#
