I had placed order for a sprocket in the month of May 2020, I had paid for shipping too. To my surprise I do not see my order details on their website which is scary and too bad! I got in touch with them and I was told there won't be any tracking number and then when I asked for the order details on the website since I have created an account on the website for this they told me they rent the items and ship it which is totally irrelevant and pointless. The seller told me it would take 6 weeks for the product to reach to India which did not even after 10 weeks. I'm pretty sure the seller did not ship the product but yes I was cheated.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER ONLINE! FAKE.I GOT CHEATED.

Please don’t use this place on eBay or there own website list items they don’t have when you call they say oh we have just moved warehouse mmmm then tell you we don’t actually have the items in stock it will be 10 days when you ask for a refund they send a email from there website saying the order is cancelled but forget to trigger a refund I have had to open a case with pay pal to try get my money back please use better sellers and check reviews this place seems to have these issues w constantlyWe are now two weeks since I canceled my order and it seems brooks barn have stolen my money no refund has been made how these people get away with this is amazing

Ordered yesterday and received the goods the today, before midday. Brilliant!Really good service, can't fault them... and everything works well.

Expensive postage and very very slow. No reply when emailed.

Never order from brooks barnOrdered a sprocket true ebay and never came in i msged them to see were my part was as there was no tracking. they told me it would be with me shortly. 2 days later ebay is telling me im getting a refund that i never asked for i asked for my part. When i msged him back to tell him i dident want a refund i wanted my part they tell me thats its cuase i escalated the case with ebay. That is why im getting a refund. when i never asked or clicked on refund i clicked on msg seller. Hes says its cause of me and ebay im not getting my part. and ebay says its cause he dident put a tracking number. Its not ebays fault cause ive orderd 78 parts from ebay and never had this happen last time ill be doing business with brooks barn

Buy a break paste from them through eBay last december. As I suspect, did not arrived on time, but that was not their fault, mail service working in full capacity near Christmas. They refunded me. 2 Moths later, the item arrived, I contacted them and they send me the invoice. Good seller to work with, although the time restrains of the ebay (ebay limit the time you need to do a reclaim). The paste could have been better wrapped, in a cardboard, but there´s only a minor leakage, without further problem.

Ordered bike battery, waited 15days still no battery, phoned up they hadn't even packed to send, 3times they said they would phone me and didn't very poor service wouldn't recommend

I order my sprocket on the 8th and 11 days later on the 19th they haven't even dispatched despite assuring me when chasing in the previous week, it would be despatched. Seller is either a middle man who doesn't carry the stock or doesn't care about customers and service. Either way save the aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I would not buy anything from this outfit they are dishonest. I purchased 2 x Masonry Saws had them freighted to New Zealand (cost $298 + $163 in freight) but they were different to the pictures provided on their website. I was told by Brooks Barn Customer Service team that I should not buy off the pictures provided on the website and they would not credit me for freight or the product. This is straight out 'daylight robbery' and unfair. Avoid this business at all costs they will rip you off.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered a tyre, was promptly told they never had in stock, but would in 3 weeks, waited, 3 weeks passed, messaged them, 4 then 5 weeks, no returning my calls or replying to emails, now making a claim with my credit card
