Little Waitrose & Partners Victoria Street

I went there last Sunday staff not wearing a mask!! Including security worker absolutely shocking, especially for a such a small supermarket shop where there is no social distance that really bad, never gonna come back there.

Although this is essentially a convenience store, not a supermarket, they still had what I went in there for - a packet of their excellent European easy-cook rice, which is the only product I buy from Waitrose. This store is of the long, narrow variety, similar to the ones at South Mimms services and Heathrow airport. Well laid out and plenty of self-service checkouts. I was delighted to find this branch close to my workplace, as running out of rice used to mean an inconvenient 8-mile drive into Colchester. I can't understand why other supermarkets insist on selling only rubber-tasting rice from Asia. Bravo, Waitrose!

Convenient. Ovely soup and I had a very nice lsrge macaroni cheese ready meal for 2. Good selection of basics but nothing here is inexpensive. Many basics overpriced. Tomatoes £3 -pah lease! Their Vienna swirls are awful, not nice soft butter cream, it's solid and grainy and 99% sugar 1% butter. Very disappointing not the nice little treat I expected to have with my cuppa when I got home. Their clipper tea bags great value at the moment and includes a nice storage tin.

Want a loaf of bread? All were at or very near their use by so as far from fresh as possible. And full price to boot. Same with crumpets and a lot of the fresh food. Walked out exasperated (and empty handed). Waitrose has a reputation far beyond what is deserved these days I'm afraid.

Not much to say... busy around lunch time and early morning because people want free coffee. Use the self service (tip you can order the free coffee there then ask a shop assistant for a cup and it is way quicker... or better yet, bring your own cup)

Fair range but not great - but it is pretty small so cannot expect full range. Around Lunchtime and when people are going to and from work it can be very crowded. And too often the gangways are blocked with the trolleys staff use to restock shelves .

Yesterday I faced the terrible situation in this Waitrose. The lovely elderly lady when entering the store without the mask, has seen the batch of them near the flowers stand. She took one and wore it, as she thought that they were for customers... After this the lady has faced a terrible indignation from one of the staff who yelled that these masks are for them and that the elderly woman had no right to touch them, as there are not even enough for the staff... I would like to emphasize that this happened in Waitrose, where the price for food is higher than in average stores.. I know it is hard and difficult situation for everyone and I am sure that giving one mask to an elderly lady should not be a problem and definitely not a reason to start the scene about it. However, if your employees are lacking masks there is also no excuse and company should definitely solve the issue! We need to stay together and support each other even in such a small but very important issues!

This place is stellar. We need these on America. Yesterday the kids and I returned for breakfast and got 2 chocolate pastries, a donut, a muffin, a pint of milk and a cappuccino for less than £6! They have everyone from fruits to beer, wine AND liquor. So convenient and great prices.

This is without a doubt the worst stocked Waitrose in London. Just go in, empty or non-functioning refrigerators, basic products out of stock, bananas (anyone in retail will tell you that bananas are the most traded product by volume in most retail stores) regularly out of stock. Just pointless.

Very crowded (especially during lunch and rush hour), with only a small selection of food, mostly catering to office workers. Far too overpriced for the quality of food. The staff is rude, unwelcoming and on several occasions prefer to have private chats (especially how many hours they still have to work on that day), instead of serving customers at the till - one of the worst customer services on Victoria street.
