I don't go to pubs very often as I do not drink alcohol these days, but it was my partners 50th birthday party, so a good excuse. This is the 1st time we've been to a pub since Covid hit our shores. It is under new management and the landlord was all too happy to let us have a small party in the attached hall at a very reasonable price. We brought our own food but had easy access to the main bar so that people could get drinks of their choice alcohol, soft drinks or hot beverages. We were left to our own devices and not disturbed. Overall it was a very pleasant occasion with family and a few more friends and everyone enjoyed the experience, especially Kate whose party it was

Very friendly local pub. Good range of beers and spirits. Family and dog friendly. Barman great. First visit and sure it won't be the last.

Good drinkers pub. The new landlord is slowly making changes. Great service and good atmosphere. And most importantly, a great, clean pint.
