We were booked in to have a new boiler fitted after Xmas but our old back boiler decided to break down just as the weather dropped to freezing. We were unable to get the boiler repaired so Michelle arranged for the job to be brought forward. I must admit I was dreading it. I expected a mess as the house is old . However you would not have known we had work done. The Fitters arrived on time, Dean and Mason were professional and very pleasant to deal with. They kept the areas they worked in spotlessly clean and left everything in immaculate condition. Nothing was left for us to dispose of. From the initial survey by Andy to the end of the job which was done in less than 2 days we had the best service and a lot cheaper than the major Gas company for the same product. I cannot praise this company enough. If I could they would get 10 stars .

Sadly I am not impressed with the aftercare of this company's service. We had a leak and flood a few weeks ago, which took over a week to get sorted, the attending plumber looked at me as if I was stupid, and told me the pump pipes hadn't been tightened up properly, as if it was my fault. I didn't fit the system, I'm not a plumber. Now we have been without heating or hot water for over 10 days now. Heatforce send out a plumber, no it's and electric issues, send out an electrician, not it's a plumbers issue. I don't care, this is not good enough in 2023. I have a disabled, immune suppressed wife, who is now in respite care as I cannot meet her needs at home, who is going to pay for that? Heatforce? I don't think so. Automated messages, texts, 'we'll get back to you' is not going to get our hot water and heating fixed. It was only fitted April this year. I am very disappointed and very upset by this situation. We have been now giving a direct number for us to chase up a local plumber in HeatForce's behalf? Is that not the company's responsibility to chase up someone to come to the house to repair our system? As I said I'm very disappointed.

It was a pleasure to have work done by this company. Nothing to much for them. I had a New boiler and radiators installed and the whole work completed in a day with a crew of 3 . Polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them excellent service best choice l have made.

Fantastic service with great engineers . A special thanks to Chris who quickly identified the problem and went over and above to help me with a leak which was not on my property which it appeared to be , but helped my elderly neighbour who did not realise that his boiler was faulty and with compassion and professionalism sorted the problem out to our mutual benefit . Again great service and great guys working for them the office included who are charming and super efficient. Thanks again Chris

Really good service installing my new boiler, the guys were efficient and friendly and helpful. Price was comparable to other boiler installers. I did have to follow up with them myself to subscribe to their boiler servicing service. And I've also lost power to my shower which I suspect is related to the new boiler but when i called they said I need a new shower, they could be right but I'm unsure.

A huge thank you to the Heatforce team. Connor, Dylan, Malden, Hywel Katherine and Simon for a polite respectful hard working, professional job of installing our new heating system and solar panels much appreciated.

Great company! Really friendly, professional and quick service from the phone agents, initial engineer visit and installation guys. I had an old heating system that needed replacing and the whole job was done start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Everything was explained in detail, all the old components taken away and a very tidy installation of the new system.Would highly recommend these guys, they're also competitively priced.

Heatforce offer timely, good quality service at a reasonable price. In addition to the high quality of engineers, there is an excellent admin team who ensure smooth and up to date communication - benefitting colleagues and customers alike.

This company used to be good but they have been truly awful this year. Spent £350 on throwing parts at a boiler with 4 visits that wasn't fixable only to blame us for 'not booking a service' when we did try to do just that. Now we have no heating and hot water, son with asthma and they couldn't care less. We do need a new boiler and we did say we couldn't afford originally one but who can.?.....But apparently that wasn't clear it was broken over four visits. They clearly said that the boiler was ok and didn't need to be replaced. I'm sure they will tell lies and reply to this review with some excuse. They ask for payment upfront for every visit even if it's their fault, take your money for parts and visits then ask for a service and further payment on top of the 350 spent, when the boiler didn't even work and wasn't savable. But I'm supposed to know this, with my zero training as a gas engineer. Complete joke of a company. For me, Heatforce never ever again.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Heatforce. Efficient and organised. Their team who carried out the installation worked really hard to complete in the time allotted , were very professional and went over and beyond to help. Many thanks for making the job straight forward and stress free.
