Specsavers has opened a new branch in Royal Wootton Bassett in Boroughs Fields off the high street. It's a very nice store, very friendly and professional staff, lots of stock to chose from. At my recent biannual eye test check, the optician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questins I hañd. This is the best Specsavers store I have visited and I highly recommend this store.

First time at Bassett Specsavers and the customer service blew me away! Everyone was so friendly, the optician showed me all of my scans which was really interesting, and explained my prescription change to me, which was great! Lucy provided the absolute BEST customer service when it came to selecting my glasses, she was patient, friendly, funny and not overpowering and made sure I knew about all of the deals. Absolutely incredible service, thank you :)

I have to say my experience with Specsavers in Royal Wootton Bassett was the best I’ve ever had, not only were they welcoming and no long waits for my eye test, I was amazed by the help I received from Lucy, so friendly, caring and efficient and she was so patient with me choosing my glasses, she knew exactly what would suit me and she was right! Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Royal Wootton Bassett
My partner and I attended the new RWB Specsavers together. The former bank premises had been refurbished to a very good standard, everything looked immaculate and brand new. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly; they processed us quickly through the paper work, and the pre optometrist eye tests. Everything was explained and easy to understand what was happening. The shop was not overly busy, and there were plenty of staff on hand and the waiting time was minimal. We did not catch the names of the ladies that processed us, however all the staff were very professional and well organised. My partner and I were both seen by the same optometrist, Hannah. We were both very impressed with her manner, she obviously loves her job and made the whole experience very positive. Our feedback is a great shop, great and very efficient staff and a really great optometrist. Thank you.
