Sherborne Golf Club
Such a lovely golf club, came here to practice our swing (not very experienced golfers). The range is beautiful and you can hit off real grass, a useful experience when you're a beginner. The putting/pitching course is amazing. Visited the gold shop to look around and the service was really friendly, didn't feel out of place. Wish I was good enough to go out on the green, must be amazing.

Great course with excellent facilities.There is a natural driving range with several chipping areas (members and paying visitors only).The course is a great challenge for all golfers with the back 9 a good test of stamina when doing a full round. The first 11 offers a shorter loop as it finishes at the club house.

Sherborne Golf Club
A good friend and I travelled to play an open competition at Sherborne recently. Not only was the course in good condition, but the staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Even the captain made time to introduce himself and make us feel at home.This course will ask questions of anyones game, regardless of ability. If you’re thinking about visiting, then book yourself in, you won’t be disappointed.Thank you to all concerned.

This is a lovely golf course, lots of variety, up, down, trees and par threes that really require you to know how far your golf ball/club pitches. Today the ground was very wet, it was windy, because of recent weather it was all a bit soggy and unkempt with 5 temps. Not the day to show the course at it's best.

Used the range for the first time over the weekend. A real hidden gem, lovely greens and such a joy to be able to hit off turf.

Fine parkland course attributed to James Braid which and whose influence was more apparent from 12th hole onwards. Small greens protected by several bunkers. (The bunkers were full of a very coarse sand and stones which was not attractive). The par 3’s presented a particular challenge but many of the par 4’s were short and required only a short iron to reach the green. Many changes in elevation meant a good walk and I visited on a lovely autumn afternoon playing in shirt sleeves. A good members course.
