GBS Joinery
Nigel and his team replaced our sash windows on our grade 2 listed house about 8 years ago. They still look absolutely fantastic. (Ours is the 3 storey house used as a case study on the website). The work was done with such professionalism and care and everybody comments on how beautiful they are. We have recently got GBS back to replace the front door and again we are thrilled with the results. Andy’s workmanship was second to none. He did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend GBS to anyone and we personally would not use any other company for this kind of work. Thanks so much.

GBS have replaced original leaded windows in our 1930's house in Hazel Grove, Stockport in November 2020.The whole service was outstanding, from the initial visit to the final installation. The quality of workmanship in the manufacture and installation was exceptional. The leaded lights were renovated and rebuilt into new double glazed units and this has retained the original look very well.The team at GBS work together to provide a top class job and we can unreservedly recommend them.Jackie & Steve Tiffany

Nigel and his team replaced 4 windows at our house recently. From start to finish, GBS were an extremely professional and easy company to deal with. The quality of the windows is exceptional. The fitting team were great, again easy to deal with - arriving exactly when they said they would, very clean and tidy - and the standard of finish on the fitting is great. For the quality of workmanship I would say the windows were good value for money. Would recommend GBS to anyone.

They have great pride in their craftmanship that shows in the quality of the products they design and manufacture and the care taken by the installation team to ensure that fitting was flawless. Customer service was excellent, from the initial planning stage right the way through to post-installation.

From initial contact to finished installation everything went smoothly. We had all our existing uPVC windows, porch, front & back doors replaced. The installation took about three weeks & can't be faulted.The appearance of the cottage has been transformed.The care taken & genuine pride in their work by fitters (Andy & Ryan) was obvious & is reflected in the finish.I would recommend GBS Joinery without hesitation, sadly this is becoming very rare these days.

We’re absolutely delighted with the work that GBS Joinery have done for us, replacing 39 wooden framed double glazed windows! Nigel, Dave and all the team provided an outstanding service. The workshop made really high quality windows, Andy and Ryan fitted them perfectly despite some very tricky shaped openings in our old house, and everything was finished off to a Five Star standard. We have no hesitation recommending GBS - nothing was too much trouble and this is just a really nice business and team to work with. A big thank you to everyone.

I cannot recommend GBS Joinery highly enough. The team have provided me with outstanding windows and doors, fitted beautifully by Ryan, Chris and Andy, all of whom were a pleasure to have working in my home. Their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. Communication from Nigel was excellent throughout the entire process; quotation, ordering, measuring, fitting and aftercare. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing superb customer service. I would 100% recommend GBS to anyone wanting beautiful products and top-notch customer service.
