If I could it would be 6 stars. Danny and the team I cannot recommend highly enough and always go the extra mile. I've recently had work done by them, changing the automatic braking system which would have cost me £3000 extra if I went through BMW. They have also taken the time to check my car free of charge due to some teething issues with the battery. They are probably sick of seeing me but I actually travel down from Bristol if I get an issue because I rate them that highly.

Had tracking done today without an appointment. Cheaper than Halfords and customer service is excellent. Had work MOT done previously and service then was also outstanding. Winterstoke branch Manager needs a pay rise.

Took my car late Friday for a flat tyre. Glad they were able to help my. Said the rim needed wiping and the tyre resealing. Was shocked to find out I was charged £25 with the invoice stating puncture repair (there was no puncture) and wheel balancing.Thankful for the late notice help but £25 seems a bit steep for the work done. I normally have a good experience here.

Excellent service. Had a new tyre fitted for £60. They booked us in quickly and did it while we waited. Will definitely use them again

I’m Anxious about going to most places and getting ripped off, however with Formula First I feel like they are honest and fair! I’ve taken my truck in multiple times and they have been great with the service and communication each time! Great garage to go to!

Great service, ended up half the price of other quotes I received with no need to make an appointment and the repair was done very quickly. Will definitely use again.

My exhaust fell off 630 on a Monday morning, my car was in and fixed by 1030- 11am, so I went back to have my tyres changed and balanced, my hub ( which is also a baring and an abs sensor ) replaced, had mu discs and pads changed here because they are so reasonably priced and friendly even when the place is buzzing with people. Being as I'm from another country and new here I felt as if I was going to be taken for a ride but was happy to fins that not only are they fair they were fairer than the price I had originally thought it was going to cost, for example it cost me 245 pound for the center and back part of the exhaust fitted, vat included and like I said I was in and done by 1030 - 11 am

My car developed a strange noise on a Sunday morning and I needed it checked before a very long drive; Matt fitted me in even though he was very busy, put the car up on the lift and fixed the problem in minutes. Service exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly recommend this company
