Staybridge Suites Newcastle, an IHG Hotel

We usually stay at the MalMaison directly on the quayside but IMHO this venue is better. The rooms are bigger and we had a king size with a kitchenette.Great value for money and I would highly recommend. Great staff and it would seem it’s dog friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I had an incredible experience at Staybridge Suites in Newcastle.The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had a welcoming ambiance. The amenities, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the comfortable bedding, exceeded my expectations.The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Newcastle, and the complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites for its outstanding hospitality and excellent facilities

Apartments spacious and clean. Breakfast included and a good choice of food available. Free tea and coffee 24 hours a day from machines in foyer. Great place to stay. Fairly central but also close to Ouseburn which is my favourite night out. Would definitely stay again

Wow! Just expected a big standard suite hotel that took our dog. Staff amazing, particularly breakfast staff dealing with a manic bank holiday with everyone coming down at the same time, whole place spotless. Lovely, funny and helpful. The member who checked us in dealt with 3 customers simultaneously!Nice location to access city and quayside for walking the dog. Decent size room and dog package was thoughtful and helpful. The map of local dog options excellent.

I generally very much liked the place and enjoyed the stay. The room is very clean and actually equipped as a b&b w full kitchen and all. The staff and service were superb. Really nice on personal level - kind and informative. In the reception, room service and kitchen.The location is fine, but not too central, the advantage being that is quieter.I thought breakfast & happy hour were fine, but considerately less options for vegetarians and vegans. Which is generally to say less healthy foods as fresh fruits and vegetables. They write me that it's a chain policy.The rooms are nice, romantic
